Services
Work that starts from the business, not from a stack of tools.
An independent studio in Moray. The work runs from a straightforward business website to bespoke software, integrations and automation. Smaller businesses come for a site that looks established. Growing ones come when a process no longer fits the tools they have. The same person scopes the work and builds it.
01
Website Design & Development
Customers can understand what you do, trust that you are established, and take the next step without hunting for it.
We design and build marketing sites that read well on a phone, load quickly, and say what the business actually does. The work covers structure, writing support, page design and the build itself.
Where a content tool such as WordPress is the right fit, we use it and tailor it. Where a simpler static site will be faster and easier to keep, we recommend that instead. The technology follows the job.
Practices, local companies and established businesses that need a new site, a calmer rebuild, or a site that is finally straightforward to live with.

02
Bespoke Business Software
The people doing the work spend less time routing around software, and the business has a system it can change as it grows.
We design the workflow with the people who use it, then build a web application that matches that workflow. That can be a system used in the office, in the field, or both, including offline use where the connection is unreliable.
The result is yours to keep using. We document how it is put together and avoid locking the business into an approach only one person can understand.
Teams replacing spreadsheets, paper, or a product that almost fits: inspections, internal tools, bookings, catalogues, operational records and similar day-to-day systems.

03
AI & Workflow Automation
Staff spend less time copying, chasing and retyping, and more time on the work that needs a person.
Automation starts with the process, not with a model. We look at what is repeated, what must stay under human control, and where a join between two systems would remove the busywork.
Where AI helps, we use it in a bounded way: for example, turning a plain-language request into something an existing system can search or file. We do not add it for decoration, and we are clear about what it can get wrong.
Businesses with a process that is already understood but still done by hand: routing enquiries, preparing drafts, classifying information, or turning a written request into a structured search.

04
APIs & Integrations
Orders, catalogues, customers or operational data move reliably, instead of being exported, edited and uploaded by hand.
We design and build the APIs and import paths that connect systems: receiving data, checking it, mapping it into a consistent shape, and sending it on. That includes seller feeds, partner APIs and internal services.
The unglamorous part matters here. Duplicates, missing fields, retries and partial failures are planned for, so the integration still behaves on a Tuesday morning when a file arrives in the wrong shape.
Businesses that already have software which needs to talk to a supplier, a marketplace, an accounts package, a booking tool, or a system of their own.

05
Software Support & Modernisation
The software you already depend on becomes easier to fix, deploy and extend, instead of becoming more fragile each year.
We take on maintenance, careful improvements, and rebuilds where a rewrite is genuinely the cheaper path. A typical modernisation keeps the business running while the foundations move: framework upgrades, a clearer split between the interface and the API, and a deployment process you can trust.
For systems we build or look after, we also handle the practical surroundings: Linux servers, Docker, deployments, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS when the project needs it. We will not invent a round-the-clock operations department. We will keep the setup understandable.
Owners of older PHP applications, inherited codebases, and sites that work but are awkward to update, host or hand to another developer.
